Does the price include flights, hotels or activities?
No. You pay for the preparation — the itinerary, the addresses, the advice — not the services themselves. You book flights, accommodation and activities yourself, directly with providers, with no commission added by us.
Is it really a one-off payment, with no hidden fees?
Yes — each plan is a single payment at the listed price. Any additional options you might request after your notebook is delivered would always be proposed to you before being charged.
Can I change plans after starting the questionnaire?
Yes — contact us before your notebook is delivered and we adjust the price difference. Once delivered, switching plans is handled as an additional service.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
