Do you book hotels and flights for me?
No. We tell you exactly what to book, where and when — you book it yourself, with no commission added. You keep control of your budget and your cancellation terms.
What is the difference with a travel agency?
An agency sells you a package and takes a margin on it. We sell preparation: the itinerary, the addresses and the advice. Nothing is standardised, and nothing is resold to you.
When do I receive my itinerary?
Within five days of your questionnaire for Essential and Premium. Signature includes a video call, so allow a little longer.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes — the terms of each plan set out how many rounds are included. Signature includes changes right up to final sign-off.
Do you offer travel insurance?
No. We are not an insurer or a broker. We simply list the points of cover worth checking before you leave.
Can I contact you during my trip?
WhatsApp support is included with Signature, within the hours and scope set out in the terms of service.
