Terms

The site offers paid custom-itinerary preparation plans for Madagascar (Essential, Premium, Signature). Each plan's detailed content is described on the Plans page.

Prices shown on the Plans page are in euros, all taxes included, for a one-off payment. The amount actually charged is always determined server-side at payment time, never sent freely from the browser.

Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. Mada Inside never handles or stores card numbers at any point.

The order is confirmed once payment is validated by Stripe (webhook, signature-verified server-side).

After payment, the client fills in a questionnaire describing their trip preferences. The personalised notebook is then prepared and sent to the address provided, within an indicative five-day window.

TO BE PROVIDED — clause to be validated with legal counsel. The withdrawal right applicable to a service whose performance begins before the statutory period ends (notably at the client's express request) must be drafted precisely in line with applicable consumer law.

Cancellation and refund policy: TO BE PROVIDED.

Mada Inside designs an itinerary and provides recommendations. Bookings (flights, accommodation, activities) remain made directly by the client with the relevant providers, who alone remain responsible for their services.
